I'm sitting in my own lounge room all peaceful and relaxed after what I've been through and i'd like to say a big thankyou for all the work your company did for me. Your Sales Team was helpful from the word go. We saw 3 homes at Mannering Park which impressed me and another in Chain Valley Bay. As soon as we went through the house in Chain Valley Bay I was very keen. 

My 2 boys and son-in-law did most of the work and now I am as happy as Larry. Thanks again. Your office ladies were always polite whenever I rang and were very helpful. I hope I don't need another house but if I do I'll be ringing you.

Keeping buyers Informed

When I started looking around for a house to pruchase I presumed that once the agent had my details they would be calling me to inform me of properties that might be of interest but this only happened twiced. OF ALL the estate agents I came into contact with, alot of them seemed disinterested inhelping me in any way. There were only 3 agents including yourself that bothered to call me after viewing to find out if i liked the property. Even though many people don't like being hounded by sales people in the case of property it makes sense for the agent to inform people of properties that fit the description of what they are looking for.

I would like to let you know what a positive experience I have had buying a house with your real estate but in particular from Tina.

Right from the beginning of my phone calls to see the houses to us looking at the houses again Tina was very professional, helpful & an absolute delight.

Tina made sure she returned my calls, followed through on everything and most of all treated both my daughter Krystal and I with courtesy. Buying the house we did was not a difficult thing to do & the main reason was because of Tina.

On time at appointments, had professional presentation and pleasant personality- Negotiated price on the spot. Travelled to a convenient place after hours (sunday) with paperwork, has replied to every phone call promptly and has responded to all queries made.
